We want you to be fully satisfied with your 686 technical apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that all returns must include original tags to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original shipping box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
